- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding service offerings across business units.
- Monitor account performance, utilizing CRM tools to optimize forecasting and minimize disputes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing sales or account management roles.
- Proven track record of working with complex accounts, preferably in logistics or transport.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations and business reviews.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
