  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding service offerings across business units.
  • Monitor account performance, utilizing CRM tools to optimize forecasting and minimize disputes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing sales or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of working with complex accounts, preferably in logistics or transport.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations and business reviews.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
