Electronic Medical Record Manager

This is a fixed term position at 80 hours per fortnight within the electronic medical record (EMR) team.
About The RoleAs a financial manager, you will be responsible for managing the EMR service including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting the senior management team. This role also involves working within the governance framework to support financial and operational decision-making across the precinct.
Key Responsibilities- Leading joint budgeting processes for the EMR across the precinct, overseeing cost recovery frameworks, managing shared contracts, and driving financial alignment across service delivery areas.
- Coordinate and action finance activities and plans for the EMR service.
- CA/CPA qualified management accountant;
- Meticulous organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise work and attention to detail;
- Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies;
- Ability to achieve work deadlines, prioritise workload and competing demands;
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cost-sharing and funding arrangements across multiple stakeholders, with the proven capability to communicate effectively to non-finance audiences, simplifying complex concepts and fostering informed decision-making.
The EMR team maintains, operates, and optimises the EMR service for the benefit of all health services in the precinct. The team is committed to delivering a world-class EMR to support safe, high quality and seamless healthcare across the precinct and improve health outcomes for all.
