Electronic Medical Record Implementation Project Manager

Project Manager for Electronic Medical Record Implementation
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and delivering approved projects related to the implementation of electronic medical records, including preparation of business cases, scoping of business and software requirements, project management, and establishment of project resources.
In collaboration with the Director Clinical Informatics and other stakeholders, the Project Manager will set the roadmap for future EMR projects and determine the priority of works based on strategic requirements.
Additionally, the Project Manager will establish an EMR quality program, reviewing EMR-related incidents, risks, and conducting regular EMR workflow reviews.
- Experience and good working knowledge of clinical information systems
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders within the organization
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
- Ability to implement a quality improvement program in monitoring the use of EMRs
