About the Role:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in our pharmacy team responsible for electronic medication management. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in digital, clinical, organisational, and interpersonal aspects of healthcare.
- This rotational position involves providing clinical pharmacy services to patients.
- You will be the Subject Matter Expert for medication-related digital health applications.
- Support our Clinical Informatics Team with medication content.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist who meets the following requirements:
- Registration with AHPRA as a practising pharmacist with no restrictions.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a clinical pharmacist in an Australian hospital setting.
- Prior experience with electronic prescribing software, preferably Cerner.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Dedicated to promoting medication safety and the quality use of medicines.
- Inspired to lead process improvements in electronic medication management.
- Centrally located, close to public transport.
- Friendly culture.
- Flexible work arrangements.
- Salary packaging and subsidised car parking.
- Five weeks of annual leave, plus monthly ADOs for full-time employees, and 17.5% leave loading.
