About the Role:

Lendlease is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Planner to join our NSW Cost Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our construction strategy and contributing to the production of conceptual and detailed cost plans, estimates, and value engineering on major projects throughout Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost plans and estimates for large-scale construction projects
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and accurate cost reporting
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to drive high-quality outcomes and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Utilize Cost X and Microsoft Excel to analyze and present cost data

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in the Building and Construction industry
  • Relevant University qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or technical skills in measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities
  • Strong local industry networks and knowledge of the NSW subcontractor market
  • Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
