The Opportunity

As an Infrastructure Development Manager, you will oversee the construction of key projects, ensuring new assets meet high standards for safety, environmental sustainability, and quality.

This role is based at a major water infrastructure site where you will:

  • Inspect and verify contractor works to ensure compliance with industry specifications and policies.
  • Maintain daily records and inform project managers of site construction progress, on-site issues, and milestones.
  • Monitor, report, and conduct site audits of contractors' safety, environmental, and quality management practices.
  • Liaise with and coordinate contractors and teams in planning and executing shutdown and connection activities.

To succeed, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in civil and/or mechanical construction, including water and wastewater infrastructure development.
  • Experience in managing contract works, including monitoring compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
