Civil Infrastructure Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled infrastructure development specialist to lead our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial part in delivering various built form and urban development projects. Your responsibilities will include managing projects, designing roads, bulk earthworks, and drainage, as well as communicating project requirements to sub-consultants, contractors, architects, and developers.
Requirements- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Demonstrated experience within a tier 1 and/or tier 2 engineering consultancy
- Minimum 3 to 5 post-graduate years of experience as a competent consulting engineer
- Experience in preparing detailed design and documentation of roads, intersections, pavements, earthworks, and stormwater drainage
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time, whilst working autonomously
- Understanding of local government regulatory frameworks and statutory compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of civil design software such as AutoCAD
- Competent and independent use of other civil modelling software such as DRAINS, MUSIC, HEC-RAS, Autoturn
