Early Childhood Educators Wanted

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Leading a classroom and managing behavior to ensure a safe and productive learning environment
- Networking with stakeholders in the local community to promote early childhood services
- Building strong relationships with children and families through effective communication and collaboration
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA
- Current Blue Card, first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
- Experience in an early childhood setting that demonstrates your ability to engage and motivate young learners
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS principles that underpin high-quality education
