Job Title: Payroll Team Leader

At our organization, we have a critical role for a seasoned payroll professional to oversee the coordination and processing of weekly payrolls for all staff. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legislative requirements.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll functions including data entry, reconciliations, audits, and reporting. The successful candidate must have experience in high-volume, fast-paced senior payroll roles, demonstrating strong expertise in managing complex payroll functions. Additionally, they should possess in-depth knowledge of payroll processes, procedures, calculations, and up-to-date understanding of relevant payroll legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior payroll role with a focus on managing complex payroll functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, procedures, calculations, and up-to-date understanding of relevant payroll legislation.
  • Technical proficiency in using payroll software and systems with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Strong customer service focus with exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
