**Job Description:**

The Client seeks a highly skilled Accommodation and Hospitality Manager to join their team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel management, staff supervision, and budgeting.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the reservation system to ensure efficient booking processes and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Supervise the reception team, ensuring guest check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly and professionally
  • Oversee room service operations, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to guests
  • Direct housekeeping activities, ensuring all rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
  • Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Diploma in hospitality management or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotel management
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, such as those governing health and safety, and occupational hazards
