The ideal candidate will have previous experience recruiting medical roles, both internally and externally, with a proven track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional end-to-end talent acquisition services for Doctors across Australia, ensuring seamless recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including online platforms, professional networks, industry events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct talent mapping and proactive search, providing market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to ensure exceptional talent acquisition services, maintaining attraction and retention of quality candidates.
Your Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in medical recruitment, preferably in a similar role within a healthcare organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Tangible customer focus and solutions-orientated approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- A highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
