Patient Experience Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and service throughout their experience with us.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
- Check in patients, inform clinical staff of patient arrival, and provide necessary paperwork
- Collect, proof for completeness, and file patient forms
- Update demographics and insurance information in the system
- Collect co-pays and balances, and answer routine questions
- Complete patient check-in and out process after examination
- Schedule returning appointments in accordance with physician and/or office guidelines
- Record patient cancellations and missed appointments, and reschedule appointments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel required
