About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Stylerunner. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of passionate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of the store, achieving optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Team Management: Motivate and coach your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
  • Sales and Revenue: Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas of missed opportunity.
  • Wage Control and Rostering: Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
  • Employee Development: Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development, ensuring training and succession plans are in place.
  • OH&S Management: Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday roster.
  • A motivated and driven attitude.
  • A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
  • The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPIs.
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Experience with effectively managing a roster and wage control.
