About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Centre Director to join our team at Affinity Education Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our centre, working closely with the Centre Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality early education and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and lead a team of educators to create a positive and fun working environment, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Centre Operations: Support the Centre Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, meeting financial targets, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local families and community partners, leveraging your marketing skills to increase occupancy and promote the centre's services.
  • Quality and Compliance: Mentor and support the centre to meet and exceed National Quality Standards, ensuring a high level of quality and safety in all aspects of centre operations.
About You
  • Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a management or leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
