About Our Role

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Hospitality Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our residents receive high-quality dining services, tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meal services, servery, buffets, and beverage stations to ensure seamless delivery of meals to our residents.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchenette, and equipment to promote a safe and healthy environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve a cohesive and efficient service.
  • Ensure that all aspects of meal service are in line with residents' care plans and dietary requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors, coupled with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to establish strong relationships with residents and their families, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • A commitment to respecting residents' values, customs, and spiritual beliefs.
  • A Cert III in Aged Care or related field (desirable).
