- Lead strategic projects to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
- Drive a data-led approach to automation, efficiency, and process innovation.
- Oversee agency and vendor governance, including contract management, performance measurement, and relationship management for creative, production, and technology partners.
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing management, or a related operational role, preferably in a large, complex organization or retailer.
- Proven track record in complex budget management, financial processes, and reporting, with responsibility for managing large marketing budgets.
