As a Commercial Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of banking and delivering exceptional results to customers, communities, and employees.

Our complex IT landscape requires strategic leadership to meet the rapidly changing demands of our stakeholders and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead stakeholder engagement and supplier management to ensure successful commercial and contractual delivery of products and services.

Support Executive Managers in achieving Strategic Alliance Services objectives while managing contracts between suppliers.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies, leveraging senior stakeholder relationships and negotiating long-term agreements.

**Requirements**

Manage contracts, standards, processes, and systems for diverse supplier contracts.

Develop an awareness of central agreements and relationships, ensuring appropriate leverage.

Demonstrate experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships internally and with suppliers.

Develop highly developed negotiation skills in long-term sourcing agreements, showcasing commercial acumen and pragmatism.

Understand business and technology products and services, with experience in FSI and/or banking highly regarded.

Tertiary qualifications in business, management, legal studies, engineering, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience are required.
