
Child Wellbeing Advocate

This is a Grade 1 Social Worker position that will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide psychosocial support and advocacy through assessment, intervention, counselling, discharge planning, information provision, and facilitating access to community services.
- Experience working with children and families, including at-risk children;
- Knowledge and sensitivity to ethical and cultural considerations and how they impact access;
- Ability to respond to change by contributing constructively to new ideas or change processes;
- Innovative approaches to problem-solving for individuals and/or service delivery.
