The Manager, Inquiries and System Reform is responsible for leading a team conducting mandated child death inquiries and systemic and individual inquiries.
This work involves collecting information, conducting analysis, developing reform options, formulating recommendations, and writing reports.
The manager will lead staff in preparing timely, high-quality reports, and lead relationships with stakeholders to advocate for children and young people.
- Manage and lead the Inquiries and System Reform team.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for inquiries.
- Provide quality assurance across the team's work.
- Lead inquiries, including resource allocation and timeline management.
- Develop internal systems and capacity to analyse themes and trends.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
