About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Remuneration Professional to join our team as a Compensation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation structures, benefits programs, and annual pay reviews that promote fairness, transparency, and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough job evaluations, role profiling, and market benchmarking activities to inform decision making.
  • Analyse internal compensation practices and external trends to provide evidence-based insights for business leaders.
  • Develop, test, and maintain comprehensive compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide expert advice on compensation and workplace relations matters.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Law, or Finance.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, including strong skills in compensation analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling sensitive compensation and financial data with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear advice for stakeholders.
