Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the achievement of business objectives and improve organizational performance.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of HR Business Partners to deliver exceptional HR services and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Completion of tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Significant demonstrated experience in a similar position within a complex organization.
- Strong demonstrated experience, knowledge, and expertise in employment and industrial relations, modern award interpretation, enterprise agreement negotiation, and other generalist HR-related matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to provide effective leadership and coaching to influence, inspire, motivate, and optimize team capabilities.
