Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to contribute to data collection, analysis, and the development of data products. This role will involve working with a federal government client to design and implement innovative solutions to complex data challenges.

The successful candidate will have experience in PowerBI, data analytics, and data wrangling. They will be responsible for using analytical tools and techniques to process and analyze datasets, ensuring accuracy, currency, and secure management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Developing and maintaining data products using PowerBI, Excel, Python/R, and other software packages
  • Transforming data into compelling stories that engage stakeholders
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to convey insights through verbal and non-verbal communication

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in PowerBI, data analytics, and data wrangling
  • Proficiency in the full data analytics lifecycle including collection, ETL, wrangling, cleaning, mining, and visualization
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, with access to Python/R, SQL, and other data tools
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
