The Recovery Support Specialist will assist the Coordinator and Area Manager with the supervision and administration of the NDIS support service. This includes aiding the supervision of the roster to ensure Award compliance and meeting KPIs for timely administration of NDIS billing and procedures.

The position also requires being a part of a monthly on-call roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ongoing development of an effective, cohesive staff team
  • Provide support for people's self-managed recovery
  • Use RFQ's client information management system to ensure service delivery accurately reflects our service agreements with NDIS participants
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma or Certificate in a human service related field and/or demonstrated previous experience working with people with mental illness
  • Ability to work autonomously and professionally within RFQ's service philosophy and values
  • A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity
