Job Title: Corporate Services Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school's financial, physical and human resources effectively.

  • Financial management: budget preparation, finance, procurement.
  • Human resource management: recruitment, selection, induction, promotions.
  • Administrative processes: ICT, building and assets, school administration.

This role requires a passionate, experienced and effective corporate manager who values feedback, seeks opportunities to learn and grow, and understands and models our core values.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets, manage finances, and oversee procurement processes.
  • Human Resource Management: Recruit, select, induct, and promote staff members.
  • Administrative Processes: Manage ICT, building and asset maintenance, and school administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, agility, and the ability to work collaboratively as an effective team member.
