Medical Science Liaison

Job Description

As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a crucial role in advancing the scientific platform aligned with our company's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for engaging with healthcare stakeholders to educate and communicate clinical, economic, and scientific data.

You will execute scientific engagement plans according to annual goals and metrics, support speaker training as requested, and ensure speakers are updated on new data. Additionally, you will participate in project teams that support MSL strategies and tactics, lead and support congress activities aligned with strategy, and maintain clinical acumen and expertise.

Timely completion of assigned training is essential, and you may serve as a training lead. Your territory covers VIC/TAS/SA/WA, and you will be based in Melbourne.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with healthcare stakeholders to educate and communicate clinical, economic, and scientific data
  • Execute scientific engagement plans according to annual goals and metrics
  • Support speaker training as requested and ensure speakers are updated on new data
  • Participate in project teams that support MSL strategies and tactics
  • Lead and support congress activities aligned with strategy
  • Maintain clinical acumen and expertise
Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience as an MSL in the Inflammation/Dermatology Therapeutic area
  • Doctoral or Master's degree in Sciences
  • Understanding of the clinical, hospital environment, and patient journey in dermatological disease management
  • Medical/scientific research and clinical study management/conduct experience in the dermatology therapeutic Area
  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs, drug safety, legal, and compliance environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required by role requirements
  • Valid driver's licence, work rights, and residency in Australia essential
