We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Science Liaison to join our Oncology team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing medical and scientific expertise to support healthcare professionals' decision-making processes.
Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within Haematology/Oncology across VIC, facilitating scientific engagement and knowledge sharing.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather clinical insights and shape medical, research, and commercial strategies. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with scientific engagement standards and regulations, upholding the company's values of integrity and scientific excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and present scientific data effectively to stakeholders, including KOLs, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive scientific engagement and advance medical research.
- Maintain accurate records of scientific interactions, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Advanced Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Medicine (postgraduate preferred), with a strong understanding of Haematology/Oncology principles.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Medical Affairs role, with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with KOLs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
