Work Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at Employsure. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain a safe and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work directly with business owners to understand their company and determine their unique Health & Safety needs.
- Create tailored documentation, including policies, procedures, handbooks, safe work method statements, and action plans.
- Visit clients across Sydney metro and regional New South Wales to provide on-site support and guidance.
- At least 2-3 years of industry experience in Workplace Health & Safety, with consultancy experience highly desirable.
- Relevant health & safety qualifications (Cert IV).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to frequently travel across Sydney metro and regional New South Wales, including overnight travel.
- A current Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
