Job Overview

We are seeking an In-Work Support Officer to assist individuals with disability, injury or health condition in maintaining their employment.

This role involves providing support, guidance and administration to clients as they progress through the In-Work Support phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with employers, clients and other team members to assist clients in maintaining their employment, as well as escalating risks or concerns through appropriate channels.

To excel in this position, you will require strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also need to demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
