The Position

This role involves building new and managing existing relationships with employers and community groups to secure employment opportunities for our clients.

You will be responsible for engaging with employers, developing relationships, and account managing effectively.

  • Develop and maintain employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities;
  • Manage a small caseload of clients demonstrating empathy and compassion;
  • Provide information about our services, connecting both clients and the wider community;
  • Excel in an energetic environment and challenge yourself;
  • Make a difference and change lives every day.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
  • Ability to network and genuine passion to manage and build solid partnerships with employers and clients;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities;
  • Well-developed administration skills using various databases.
