We provide a seamless transition for our new Speech Pathologists, offering comprehensive onboarding, close supervision, and ongoing support.

You'll have access to expert mentors, dedicated administrative teams, and regular training opportunities. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you'll work collaboratively with professionals from various fields to deliver holistic care for our clients.

Our program includes:

As a Speech Pathology Grad, your role will involve:

  • Supporting children's communication development
  • Educating parents and carers on supporting language development in children
  • Treating stuttering and articulation disorders
  • Addressing literacy and reading difficulties

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Speech Pathology (or currently completing)
  • Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating
  • Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  • Full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle
  • Valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
  • Current Police Check, or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
  • First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
