Speech Pathologist Opportunity

Are you a Speech Pathology graduate looking for a comprehensive and supportive environment to launch your career? Our multidisciplinary Allied Health organisation offers an extensive graduate program, tailored to meet your needs and provide a seamless transition into the role of a Speech Pathologist.

  • A dedicated team will offer high-level supervision, ongoing support, and regular technical training to enhance your clinical skills and confidence.
  • You'll be paired with an experienced clinician who will guide you in delivering therapy in various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and via telehealth.
  • Collaborate with talented professionals in a close-knit team, contributing to holistic care approaches for our clients and sharing knowledge in a collaborative environment.

Role as a Speech Pathologist

  • Work closely with children and their families to help achieve communication milestones, such as expressing wants and needs.
  • Educate and involve parents, carers, and others around the child to support language development and communication strategies.
  • Support children in developing clear and correct pronunciation, treating stuttering and articulation disorders, and addressing literacy difficulties in conjunction with teachers and schools.

Requirements

  • A degree in Speech Pathology or currently completing.
  • Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating.
  • Graduated within the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
  • Full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle and third-party insurance.
  • Valid Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
  • Current Police Check, or willing to obtain.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willing to obtain.
  • First Aid and CPR certification, or willing to obtain.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail.
