Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to lead our commercial teams on two residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive project outcomes and mentor our Commercial Team.

  • Collaborate with Clients and Project Teams to achieve project success.
  • Mentor, coach and supervise Commercial Team members.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies and processes.
  • Lead Cost Management, including Head and Subcontract Variation management.
  • Manage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claims.
  • Oversee cash flow at both Head and Subcontract levels.
  • Prepare and present Monthly Financial reports.
