We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Commercial Quality Lead to lead and drive quality assurance and continuous improvement across our commercial operations in in New South Wales. About the Role

As Commercial Quality Lead, you'll be part of a high-performing national quality team. Based in Mt Druitt, with leadership across multiple commercial sites, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with site teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal, customer, and accreditation standards.

You'll also provide leadership in your area of expertise, support internal and external audits, and contribute to the ongoing transformation of the quality function across the Work portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integration of the Commercial Quality FrameworkDrive continuous improvement and compliance across multiple commercial service areasSupport internal and external audits and implement corrective actionsDevelop and maintain quality documentation and food safety systemsBuild relationships with commercial customers and resolve escalationsSupport site leaders on quality assurance and risk managementCollaborate with Sales and Service Delivery teams to align quality with customer needsReport on performance, trends, and improvement strategies

What You'll Bring

Have experience in Quality Assurance roles with demonstrated achievement in delivering effective quality outcomes, ideally within food production and / or manufacturing based industries whilst supporting site operational teams.Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, Halal, Koser, Organics and other relevant standardsTertiary qualification and / or industry certification in relevant discipline including Quality Assurance, is highly desirable2+ years' industry experience in quality assurance, ideally in manufacturing or productionEffective written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and quality management systemsExperience in the disability sector is desirable
