Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Specialists.

As a Personal Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in their own homes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with their activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility
  • Following client care plans and actively identifying client care needs
  • Communicating and collaborating with the clients care team and significant others
  • Following appropriate policies and procedures applicable to clients in their own home
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks to facilitate client's self-care at home
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability Services, Individual Support, Community Service or related experience
  • Current Australian National Police check
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Full Australian Driver's licence and own reliable insured car
Preferred Skills

Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, High level of time management and organisational ability, Willingness to participate in further education opportunities, Excellent written and verbal skills.
