Job Description

As a caregiver with Right at Home, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and companionship to clients in their homes or in the community
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social events
  • Engaging in conversations and activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability
  • Have a current Driver's licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
  • Be able to provide First Aid and CPR certification
  • Hold an Australian Federal Police Check and NSW Working with Children's Check
  • Be willing to drive to clients' locations between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord, and surrounding suburbs
