Caregiver Role

As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to elderly individuals in a safe and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for caregiving, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care needs, promoting dignity and respect for each resident.
  • Support daily tasks, encouraging social interaction and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate care planning and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse people.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety principles.
  • A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
