Strategic Project Director

Deliver high-quality projects through collaboration, stakeholder management and Agile methodologies.

  • Coordinating documentation, design, development and testing of enhancements and new development projects to exceed client expectations.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and project reporting.
  • Tailoring project methodology to individual projects when needed to ensure successful delivery and achieving organisational goals and objectives.

This role requires a collaborative team leader who can adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness and budget adherence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules to meet client needs and organisational objectives.
  • Managing complex project financials, including budget preparation, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
