Project Management Lead

As a Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for driving the success of our P3M community by developing and implementing capability uplift strategies. This role requires a strong leader who can foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading project management teams, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement capability uplift strategies to improve project delivery outcomes
  • Lead a Community of Practice (CoP) to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members
  • Contribute to the development of professional standards for the project management community
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members
  • Provide consultancy-style support to project teams to embed best practices and drive delivery excellence
