The Manager, Advising Programs and Services, will be responsible for managing day-to-day planning, execution, and evaluation of programs and services. You will serve as a liaison between schools or partner organizations and College Now, supporting staff in delivering programs and services, and regularly communicating with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be highly effective in communication, facilitation, and project management skills, with the ability to problem solve, troubleshoot complex situations, and manage issues creatively and effectively.

  • Manage projects, programs, and services in schools and partner sites
  • Monitor progress toward program goals by interpreting reports and adjusting operations as needed
  • Develop student recruitment strategies and provide college and career access advising services when needed
  • Collaborate internally with Advising Programs and Services management team members
