About this role:

You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management of plant operations across our value chain.

This includes planning, sourcing, acquisition, maintenance, and disposal. You will lead fleet strategy development and implementation, perform plant accounting, coordinate administration, and ensure best practices in preventative maintenance.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing medium- and long-term plant management strategies
  • Conducting plant accounting, maintaining best practices, and ensuring optimal asset utilization
  • Leading identification, evaluation, and implementation of improvements and opportunities
  • Maintaining the plant asset register and coordinating plant activities
  • Providing specialist advice on policy changes and legislative requirements
  • Overseeing outsourced administration
  • Contributing to enterprise-wide decision-making and shaping business agendas

About you:

We are seeking a commercially astute and data-driven leader with strong collaboration skills. Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, or a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience in an Asset Management leadership position
  • Safety and risk leadership through knowledge and application of continuous improvement principles
  • Experience in developing and operationalizing fleet management strategies
  • A proven track record of delivering strategic business goals in complex matrixed environments
