This strategic leadership role is responsible for effective and efficient plant management across the entire value chain. It involves planning, sourcing, acquisition, operations, and disposal.
The ideal candidate will lead the development of medium and long-term plant management strategies and drive their execution.
A key responsibility of this role is to perform plant accounting, oversee maintenance strategies, and ensure best practices in preventative maintenance, procedures, and spare parts holdings.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing improvements, optimizations, and acquisition opportunities.
Other responsibilities include maintaining the plant asset register, overseeing plant coordination, providing expert advice on policy and legislative changes, and contributing to enterprise-wide decision-making.
About You:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Be a commercially astute, data-driven decision-maker with a collaborative approach.
- Have demonstrated experience in an Asset Management leadership role.
