Plant Management Executive Leader

About the Role:

Seeking an experienced executive leader to drive plant management strategies, focusing on effective and efficient asset management across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute medium and long-term plant management plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee plant accounting, maintenance strategies, and best practices in preventative maintenance.
  • Lead identification, evaluation, and implementation of improvements, optimizations, and acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage plant asset register and coordination.
  • Provide specialist advice on changes to policies and legislation affecting reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide decision-making and shape the agenda of customer-centricity, safety, sustainability, diversity, innovation, digital enablement, and business improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Commercially astute and data-driven decision-maker with a collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Asset Management leadership role.
  • Safety and risk leadership through knowledge and application of continuous improvement for plant.
  • Experience in developing and operationalizing fleet management strategy to ensure plant meets business needs.
  • Operated in a complex matrixed environment with demonstrated ability to create and deliver on strategic business goals driving change and adoption.
