Job Overview

The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations at our Alice Springs site.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational delivery of security services across the site.
  • Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Design and manage rosters for all security personnel.
  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently while meeting KPI requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven management experience in a similar role, including team management.
  • Ability to develop and maintain security documentation.
  • Valid Northern Territory security license and first aid/CPR certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with stakeholders.
