Strategic Program Execution Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Program Execution Lead. As a leader with expertise in business strategy and program management, you will be responsible for the successful execution of multiple programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business strategies.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical, programmatic, and leadership skills to drive mission success. The ideal candidate will have experience working in 24x7 mission-critical environments supporting facilities construction, operations, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Program Execution Lead, you will:

  • Exercise strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills to drive project success.
  • Have knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) guidelines.
  • Be responsible for executing SOWs within cost and on schedule.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of prior relevant PM experience managing large teams.
  • Professional certification such as PMP or FAC-P/PM Mid-Level.
  • An active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 7 years of experience building and sustaining high-performing integrated teams.
  • 5 years of experience working with business strategy.
  • 5 years of experience developing project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
