About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing and managing HR programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Oversee performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
  • Support professional development and career progression initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations.
  • Regularly review and update company policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation or organizational needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Identify employee training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
  • Maintain payroll process in collaboration with the finance department to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify key roles within the organization and potential readiness for succession into leadership roles.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR processes, promoting diversity and inclusion, and enhancing employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR with demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Ideally someone with understanding of USA HR laws but not essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
