Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to carry out planned maintenance tasks and reactive repairs. You'll work closely with our clients to deliver exceptional service and provide engineering condition reports and quotations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned maintenance tasks and reactive repairs in accordance with Health & Safety at Work Act requirements and company safety procedures.
  • Adhere to the out-of-hours call-out rota and ensure timely completion of paperwork according to company policy and procedure.
  • Provide excellent customer interface skills and demonstrate competence in all areas of your primary trade with valid certification.
  • Logbook auditing and delivery of service excellence.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a reasonable understanding and proactive approach to other trade skills, including City & Guilds in a building or related trade.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
