Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Description

The Terminal Interface Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of business improvements across all Aviation Operations facilities projects. This includes innovative product development, infrastructure projects, process and systems enhancements, service improvements, and people change projects.

This role will work closely with the Technology Business Partner, Development Manager, Project Manager, Consultants, and wider project team from initiation through to delivery.

  • Develop and deliver business improvements across Aviation Operations
  • Manage the delivery of an efficient and effective Aviation Capital Project
  • Ensure consistent delivery of Operational Readiness Activation and Transition (ORAT) for technology projects
  • Manage reputational risk and stakeholder management

A strong leader with experience in project management and delivery is required, along with a solid background in passenger facilitation technology and operational systems, and knowledge within the Aviation industry.

As the successful candidate, you will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion, and possess strong Contract Management skills in an operating environment.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, independence, and decision-making ability, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
