Lead Terminal Developer

As a terminal programmer, you will provide technical expertise to support the development and deployment of software solutions. Your key responsibilities include:
- Designing and managing code configurations, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Evaluating and summarizing new software releases for stakeholders.
- Conducting regression testing for firmware updates.
- Providing technical assistance to internal teams and external partners.
You will collaborate closely with a team of engineers to develop innovative software solutions for public safety organizations and enterprises. Key technologies may include TETRA and DMR systems.
Essential QualificationsEducation and Professional Experience
- Essential: Tertiary qualifications in Electronics or Computer Systems Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Desirable: Experience with Land Mobile Radio systems, particularly Motorola ASTRO P25.
Additional skills required include effective communication and collaboration with clients and vendors, software/firmware testing, code configuration management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
