Job Description:

Lead the Barista and Food Services Operations

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service. They should possess excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Basic food preparation and cooking
  • Preparing online orders by class group for each meal period
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Maintaining the service area to high standards

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen management
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Hold a Blue Card or ability to obtain one
