Operational Supervisors are crucial to the success of any food and beverage service. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a key operational leader.

This role will involve overseeing the day-to-day activities of F&B staff, ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role, managing large teams with confidence and effectiveness. They will also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks seamlessly while maintaining a strong focus on detail.

We require someone who is highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and possess excellent communication skills. As a supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in setting daily performance objectives for team members and supervising service flow.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise team members, assist with training and development needs, and ensure that the team is working effectively towards common goals.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of guest experience is provided in the venues, being professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficient.
  • Performance Management: Set daily performance objectives for team members and supervise service flow.
  • Business Development: Make recommendations to senior management to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability to lead, mentor, and encourage their team. You will have a thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards, including RSA certification.
